What the quote form collects
The form on this site asks for your name, mobile phone number, email address, town or ZIP code, the type of project, and any notes you choose to add about size and details. That is all it collects. We use it to confirm your request, match it with a contractor, and let that contractor schedule a site visit and write your quote.
Who sees your information
Your name, phone number, email, address and job details are passed to the licensed local concrete contractor we match your project with, because they need them to contact you and show up at the right house. One contractor receives each request. If that contractor cannot take the job, we may pass the request to another licensed local contractor and will tell you by email when we do. Your details are also processed by the form provider that delivers the request to our inbox, which handles them on our behalf and may not use them for its own purposes.
Sandhill Concrete does not sell personal information to advertisers, data brokers or national lead marketplaces.
Text messages, calls and email
When you check the consent box on the quote form, you agree to the following, which is the exact wording on the form:
I agree that Sandhill Concrete and the licensed local contractor it matches me with may call, text or email me at the details above about this request, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
In practice: you get a confirmation and a reply from us by text or email, and the contractor contacts you to book the site visit and deliver the quote. Some messages may come from a scheduling system rather than be typed by hand. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts from either of us. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. You do not have to agree to automated messages to get a quote; say so in the notes box and we will handle everything by plain email.
How long we keep it, and how to have it deleted
We keep request records so we can follow up on the quote and the warranty, which runs two years and transfers to the next owner of the house. If you would like your details deleted before then, email [email protected] from the address you gave us and say so. We will confirm within ten business days and ask the contractor to do the same. Signed quotes and invoices are kept by the contractor where tax law requires it.
