Contact Sandhill Concrete

Quote requests come through the form at the bottom of this page. You hear back within one business day by text or email with a site-visit window. For anything that is not a quote request, email [email protected]. We work in Warner Robins, Centerville, Perry, Bonaire, Kathleen and Byron. Sandhill Concrete is a service-area business: the contractor comes to you, and there is no showroom or yard to visit.

What happens after you send the form

  1. Reply within one business day by text or email. Requests sent after 7 PM or on a Sunday get an answer the next business morning. The reply names the contractor and offers a site-visit window.
  2. Site visit within two business days. The contractor measures the job, checks the grade and drainage, looks at the existing concrete, and asks what you want the space to do. From this point you have their direct number.
  3. Written quote within two business days after the visit. It lists thickness, psi, base depth, steel, joints, removal and finish, line by line.
  4. Pour one to three weeks out from an accepted quote. April and May run longer. Weather can move a date by a few days and you are told as soon as it does.

Sandhill Concrete matches your project with a licensed Houston County concrete contractor, who measures on site, writes the quote and does the work.

What to put in the form

None of this is required, but it shortens the first exchange and gets you a tighter quote.

  • The address, so the contractor can look at the lot before driving out.
  • Rough dimensions. Pace it off if you have to. A 20 by 40 foot driveway and a 12 by 16 foot patio are different conversations.
  • Photos of the existing concrete if there is any, especially cracks, sunken sections and the spot where it meets the garage or the street. Reply to the confirmation email with them attached.
  • Whether there is an HOA. Several subdivisions in Kathleen and Bonaire want a drawing before approving a new pad or patio.
  • Where a ready-mix truck can park. If it can back up to the forms the concrete is chuted. If it has to pump over a fence or a septic field, that is a line on the quote.

Urgent repairs

A trip hazard on a public sidewalk, or a garage apron that has sunk enough to catch a car door, can usually be leveled within a few days. Write "urgent" at the top of the details box and it moves up the list. Foam leveling runs $600 to $2,500 depending on the size of the slab.

This is not a 24-hour service. If concrete has collapsed over a void, a sinkhole has opened, or a slab failure has exposed a gas or water line, contact the utility or the county first.

Questions we get asked

Can I call or text instead?

Not at the moment. Every request starts with the form so the address, size and photos are written down before anyone drives out. Once the site visit is booked, the contractor gives you a direct number and you deal with them by phone from there.

Can you give me a ballpark price before the visit?

Yes. Plain driveways run $6 to $10 per square foot, patios $7 to $11, shed and garage slabs $6 to $9, and foam leveling $600 to $2,500 per job. The full ranges are in the driveway cost guide. The exact number comes after measuring, because base conditions and removal change it.

Do you charge for the site visit?

No. The visit and the written quote are free, and the quote does not expire for 30 days. If you take it to another contractor to compare, that is what it is for.
